■Flow until the start of the course (for e-learning)
It will take 3 business days after the payment is confirmed to start the course.

■ Regarding cancellation

Regarding cancellation, please check below.
If the course is less than 1/3 completed within 7 days of the start date of the course, the cancellation policy will apply and the fee will be refunded in full.
However, please note that if the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to provide any refund.
Transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.
